A former high-level basketball player, Odin has always been fascinated by the science of recovery. His firsthand experience with ice baths has shaped his understanding of how they can significantly boost athletic performance. Outside of sports, Odin loves being out in nature, surfing, capturing moments through photography, and playing various sports.
Alex Harris - Co Founder
Alex is a dedicated athlete with experience in MMA, weightlifting, and running. His passion for performance led him to discover the power of ice baths, which have become an essential part of his routine. Committed to making recovery affordable for all athletes, Alex believes in balancing intense training with effective recovery.
Outside of sports, he enjoys the outdoors, staying active, and living a healthy, well-rounded lifestyle.
