1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@swellsport.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@swellsport.com.au and send your item to our return address.
7. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@swellsport.com.au with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
