Free home delivery is available for Eco-4, Retreat 4, Cube 2 and Cube 4, including their heater packages and 50% deposit purchases, within the eligible straight-line metro radius listed below.

• Melbourne CBD: 70 km
• Adelaide CBD: 70 km
• Perth CBD: 60 km
• Brisbane CBD: 45 km
• Gold Coast — Surfers Paradise CBD: 10 km
• Canberra CBD: 15 km

All distances are measured as the crow flies, not by road. Checkout uses the centre coordinates of your delivery postcode, not the exact street address. The boundary is inclusive. Queensland delivery postcodes qualify if they fall within either the Brisbane or Surfers Paradise zone; other listed zones apply to their respective state or territory.

Outside the eligible area

Outside the eligible metro radius zones, the existing model-specific freight brackets and freight origins apply, calculated using straight-line postcode distance. Freight is charged per sauna, including the full freight charge on deposit purchases. Beyond 250 km from the applicable freight origin, the existing depot-collection rate applies rather than home delivery; final-mile delivery requires a separate quote.

Tasmania remains $1,000 per sauna and the Northern Territory $1,500 per sauna, for local-depot collection only. These locations are not included in the free-shipping offer.

What the offer covers

The offer covers eligible shipments of the four sauna models listed above. Separately shipped accessories retain their existing shipping arrangements. Installation and electrical works are not included.
